All The Protein Shakes I've Tried Ao Far, Upset My Stomach

I tried the Oh Yeah cookies and cream, and vanilla. They're lactose free so I don't think that's an issue. I tried Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate and it wasn't as rough on my stomach as the Oh Yeah, but still. I'm starting to get a little concerned. My surgery is April 24th and I'm afraid I'm not going to find one that works in time.

Thank you all SO SO SO much! I have several things to try now. I just didn't even know where to begin.

Thanks again!

Anyone else have intestinal issues from protein drinks. I'm 4+ weeks post sx and am not able to drink the protein drinks. for sure am lacking protein intake and while doing okay now, concerned about long term. have tried bariatric adv and chike.

I like the amplified wheybolic extreme 60. One 12 ounce shake with 3 scoops has 60g of protein, 7g of carbs and to me, the chocolate tastes like chocolate milk. One shake a day and I pretty much have all my protein in for the day.

I have stomach problems from protein drinks too. I've tried quite a few, but I still haven't found one that doesn't make me sick, mixed with water or milk. From what I understand sometimes the whey is the problem. If you continue to struggle speak with your doctor or dietician about this.

yay!! finally found a Protein drink I can tolerate without the dumping syndrome! premiere protein from costco. go figure. I think because the main protein source is milk protein and not the whey. I've tried Bariatric Advantage, chike and Isopure. so glad someone on this site mentioned the rtd premiere protein. already feel a bit more energized and am starting to lose again! also ordered sibu sea buckthorn from amazon to help with the hormones and hair loss. highly recommended from my older sis who is pre-menopausal. this is a great site for info, support and encouragement! thanks all!
