Post Op Care At Pcp - Covered By Insurance?

I just thought about this & was a bit worried. Would post-operative care, if I went to my PCP be covered by insurance? Things like checking on the incisions & doing bloodwork?

Either way it won't make a difference as I am doing this anyway! But just wondered if I would be covered.

    You have to check with your insurance and GP. Mine isn't covered even if I have it done in the US.

    Generally not. The only way to know for sure is to call your insurance company and ask.
