Worried I Wont Lose The 10%

ive been at kaiser options for 8 wks now and 4 to go and gained 6lbs lost 5lbs and gained 4lbs. what the heck. will they do the surgery if you dont lose it. my bmi is also close to 60.

You can do this. Just follow whatever plan you are doing and stick with it!

I don't know about Kaiser, but my insurance plan did not require any particular weight loss amount. Over the 6 months during my supervised diet though, I lost over 15% of my weight. Do you meet the other requirements for them to cover surgery?
