100Lbs

so, 100lbs lighter is my GOAL! i have yet to get a date from my surgeon so i'm super excited & anxious to get going :D since i think about it all the time,i was wondering, how long did it take YOU to get down 100lbs? just curious, i know it differs from person to person.

In 7 months I have lost 72 lbs, but before that I lost 42. It took me about a year to get where I am, but I have no doubt I will lose 100 lbs from my surgery date before its anniversary.

I lost -8lbs pre-op, so technically I haven't yet hit my -100 since being sleeved (-93 since being sleeved).

I'm 17+ months post-op and have felt like a slow loser, but that is ok. It's been an exercise in patience, and everyone IS truly different!
