3months out & im 50lbs down! extremely happy

chell im going thru the same thing & at 5 weeks too! great question! i would also like to know how many calories we should be getting in as well. since i snack all the time, i wonder if im eating TOO much?

hey guys! I'm about 4 weeks out & I've been trying to get my head wrapped around the feeling of not being able to "party" like most my age. I say this because i know i'll never indulge in alcohol like my peers. I feel like I'm going to be missing the experiences and fun I should be having. anyone feel the same? (don't get me wrong, I don't regret my sleeve AT ALL)

yeah! im almost 4 weeks & did this a couple days ago. i made the mistake of trying to wash it down w/ water! ( i know i know, SO STUPID!) i hated the feeling. i immediately puked:/ oh well, ill never do that again! lesson learned

im finding myself snacking more n not drinking enough protein. im only 3 1/2 weeks out so i intend on fixing this asap! but jus wondering if any of u pre-opers use protein bars? if so, when were u able to start & what kind do u use?

my whole process took 3months, couldve been 2&1/2 but i chose to have my sleeve 2weeks later (i felt like i was mentally unprepared). but yeah, a week after my doc visit, i was approved by insurance & scheduled my surgery

get pain beneath my chest everytime i ate today. i just started purees today(2weeks postop). anyone know whats the deal? it goes away after about 10 minutes, but im concerned.
