I am sick of all these shakes haha... Do they make drinking shots that you can take?

Have you tried New Whey protein shots. I purchased a few from CVS. Haven't tried them yet though.

they r pretty good , i pour it into a 16 oz bottle of water

You can also try out protein bullets. I got them from Vitaminshoppe. They're small tubes that pack a lot of protein.

Thank you all. I don't mind my shakes it's just that they are so much sometimes and trying to get them in is a pain. I started full liquids today and man oh man. I was just wishing I could take a shot of 25g protein and get it over with, I will check out the CVS ones. Thank you all again

I have the New Whey ones from Target and Walmart. I have seen them at gnc too. I think they smell and taste a bit like amoxacillin though.

My NUT recommended blending the protein bullets in yogurt - she said to 1/2 the 50 g protein ones though-- she says your body won't process that much all at one time.
