Incision Infected At Seven Weeks

I have one small incision that seems infected now. I'm wondering if I should just put Neosporin on it or if I need to contact the dr. It seems late to have this issue. It's one small hole that is the issue. Thoughts?

I had what seemed like exactly the same thing at about 5 weeks out. I put hydrogen peroxide on it and then neosporin. Kept it covered during the day to prevent irriation from clothing. It finally went away, but took a few weeks. Everything is fine now (at 2 1/2 mos.).

Everything I have read says NO neosporin - it's too greasy and it actually impedes healing. Hmmm
