Anyone Get A 40F Sleeve? If So By Who And Why?

I realize 32f is now the standard, but I was wondering if anyone has gotten the 40f and if so by what Dr. and why did you decide that? Also, what were your short and long term results (food intake, restriction, weight-loss). Thanks!

The size of the bougie is ultimately up to your doctor. Mine uses a 36 bougie fr and oversews to a 34. The size of the bougie doesn't necessarily dictate the size of your sleeve. 32 is the smallest, and not the standard from what I've seen

My doctor does 40, he has found the least complications at this size. Unfortunately I had a leak. My restriction has been great so far though.
