Any Suggestions For Liquid Or Powder Vitamins

I just had my blood work done and I am very low in Iron, Vitamin D and Thymine, the nutritionist suggested that I try a liquid or powder, I am looking and BariatricChoice and tropicaloasis but I wonder if there are any suggestions for liquid or powder Vitamins that you all like out there?
