It's true, we are all entiled to our opinions.

If the poster feels it's stupid, then that's fine.

We are all just trying to improve and lose weight, but with that comes modification of our old habits. People ask me all the time if the weight"just falls off". No it really doesn't just fall off, I have to make better choices in food and exercise. Again Im sorry if I used a term that wasn't kind, I really love VST and all the good folks here!! Let's all help one another

I have to say we are all adults! But this man or woman is going through something! Maybe he is alone and frustrated! We all get there at one point, it's common to have emotional roller coaster with the sleeve! And I have to say as a self paying I did a lot of research before surgery however I had no idea about diet when I started, I am learning along the way, my doctor gave me a piece of paper that had some guidelines on it! However that doesn't help with recipes! Everyone that has put this individual down should be ashamed of themselves and needs to be adult enough to apologize! We do not have all the facts and no one on this forum should be judge especially this harshly! We are here to help each other not judge! He/she was venting and we all have vented on here before! Instead of positive feed back I read a lot of negative and name calling, that's no way to treat anyone! We are all here to help each other! My mom taught me growing up if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything! So keep that in mind before you post ugliness! I feel bad for this person, and I can relate! As for burgers he's far enough out that a couple bites isn't going to kill him, maybe where ever he was at that's all there was! But if he needs or wants any advise I would be Happy to give it!

The point people are making with what you are referring to ugliness is that he came here looking for advice/ support, but all he really seems to want is a "free pass" that what he is doing to his body so soon out from surgery. For the most part people on this forum do not respond kindly to people who show such total disregard in this manner. His egotistical responses about being a medical student, refusing to acknowledge his responsibility in this process just makes it pretty clear he has no clue what he signed up for in having this surgery. It's a real shame, it really is.
