Edamame: Have You Tried It?

I bought a bag of frozen edmame in the podt. I followed the directions to boil in slightly salty water for 5 minutes. They are wonderful! I will be buying this regularly now. Anyone else? And what do you use them for other than snacking by themselves?

If they are in the pod still how do you measure them out to track? Might sound like a stupid question...sorry...

Nutrition facts are on the package from Trader Joes. 1/3 of the bag is only like 150 calories or something. I usually eat about 1/6 every time I snack on them.

I'm sure nutrition facts for them fresh can be found online.
