Road Trip For 2 Weeks! What To Eat?!

Tomorrow I will be 5 weeks post op. We have to take a road trip from CA to PA. Any ideas of what I should bring to eat while on the road? You know truck stops and gas stations don't even have clean bathrooms so I seriously doubt they will have anything good for me to eat! :)

Aww, I am proud of you girl. You are doing well under the circumstances. My surgery is Tuesday and my family and in-laws will be taking a vacation when I am 4weeks out. I hope I can do as well. And don't feel too guilty over the nibble, that is the whole point of the sleeve. So you can still eat like a normal person, but in very small controlled portions :0)
