Stall. Getting Over It? How Long Til I See A Change?

I am six weeks post op and have lost 39 pounds. I know I am loosing inches but the scale has not moved in atleast two weeks. I have started a cardio/kickboxing class also. I started at 247 and now sit at 208. It's driving me crazy. Any help or suggestions?

Use a tape measure to see results if you are lifting weights or doing other exercise. You may be gaining muscle, which weighs more than fat. A pound of feathers has more mass than a pound of concrete. Same goes with fat and muscle.
