Has anyone else heard about this Seminar in Northwest Indiana and Chicago in January? A girl on the forum mentioned it but I cannot find the post. She mentioned the Courtyard in Merrillville, IN on Friday evening and the Marriot Midway in Chicago on Saturday afternoon but I cannot remember anything like the times. She said she was going because they were giving you $200 cash towards your airfare and giving you a change to meet the person that would do your surgery. I am looking all over for this. Does anyone have any info? I know I want to go, I need a revision.
