Wow, that's some really great numbers. Wish I could've done that well preop.

I think it's only because my body is so shocked that I'm dieting. I bet the fat cells that have been vacationing on my body for a few years are starting to worry, lol.

I went from 238 last week to 236.4 for a 1.6 pound loss this week. I'm not excercising either (other than upper body),,resting a bummed up knee due to a bike accident. :( You don't realize how much you miss excercise till you can't do it. Can't wait till I hear the results of my MRI then I can move on.

Great job girlie!!!!! praying for good results for you...hugs!

Down 3 lbs this week to 227!! Woohhooo!!! Congrats everyone!! Keep it up! You can do it!! :)

Whoo hoo!

Still pre-op, but everybody got me so excited about losing weight, I started early. Side note: I haven't dieted in years.

SW: 280.5

CW: 271.4 - 1 week of high protein/low carb

Think I'm in the three week stall :) but my goal was 20-25 lbs in the first month (on Monday) and I'm at 23...so can't complain! Crossing fingers for my July 4 goal of 219, but if the stall sticks hoping for 10-12 lbs in month 2.

Today, I weighed in at 321.2! That's 82 lbs in just over 5 months! Twoterville, look out! I'm coming for you!

My next short term goal is 100 lbs by Labor Day weekend. That's my annual family reunion and there will be so many people who haven't seen me since last yr!

I had a small gain this week. I gained .8 of a lb. Not too shabby. I did go to the gym and really went gangbusters on machines this week, so I'm thinking it might be muscle mass. Because I was really good.

I'm not gonna beat myself up over it. I could just be entering another stall too. It's been 2 1/2 months since my last one.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?
