I'm attaching this photo from my phone, so I hope it's not huge! I was sleeved the day before Thanksgiving. Down 60 pounds or so (my scale sucks!) including pre-op loss. My sleeve has changed my life soooo much! :)

So glad to hear everyone is doing good... I am so happy with my weight loss of 65 pounds my 3 month anniversary was 2/22 and I feel like I never had surgery well besides the fact that I can't eat much but i am so use to it..I even went on vacation and I saved so much money in food.. Ha ha

Finally moving again after an almost 2 week stall-- however, all of my clothes fit bigger, so I know I was losing something! I am now doing a Body Pump class (highly recommended) Step aerobics & a core strengthening class! So Im pretty sure my stall was due to muscle gain! I take Body Pump on Tuesdays & Thursdays, Step Aerobics on Monday following the core strengthening class :-) Wednesday & Fridays are strict cardio- 3 miles on treadmill at a 10 incline & 3.5-4.5 mph speed! Hope everyone is doing well & enjoying their "new" bodies as much as I am :-D

Haven't checked in here for awhile. I was sleeved on Nov. 07/11 and as of today I am down 73 pounds. I feel great and I am so happy that I had the surgery. Everything has gone so good so far. How is everyone else out there doing?

Started the Kaiser Options program June 2011 and lost 17 lbs pre-op. Since Surgery (November 2011), I have lost 73 pounds for a grand total of 90 pounds.

Hi Geno, I also can eat alot more now and have to really watch it. A couple of times I ate too much and was really hurting. I tend to forget I even had the surgery some days so it's always a challenge.....but overall it was well worth it. I get all my one year labs done in a few weeks so shall see how they look. I'm actually below goal now so maintaining is the key.

You sound like you are doing very well. Keep us updated.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
