My blood pressure witch I was just dx is going up stressed out waiting for DR's office to send the darn papers for approval to Empire Bc Bs!

I feel your pain. The review nurse at the insurance company has my paperwork. Apparently she reviews them first before giving them to the doctor at the insurance company to review. The wait is seriously killing me. I am trying to stay positive but sometimes it is very hard I am supposed to have an answer no later than 11/9/11. That date cannot come fast enough. I am ready to get on with my life!

I am in the same boat, the doctors office said the faxed everything over on Nov 13, but i called BCBSFL and the said they didnt get a fax till Nov 21. So i was pissed, and the pre approval can take 2-4 weeks. I am going crazy and i know my pressure is up. Every time the phone rings i am looking to see if it's from the doctor office with a speedy approval.
