Lady sleevers and "The monthly visitor"

Hi Ladies-

Don't know if this has been asked yet but did you weigh yourselves during "that time"? I'm pre-op. Looking to be scheduled in mid-October. I've been following my Dr.'s advice on diet before surgery and have managed to lose 18 lbs. But I noticed during that time of the month I didn't lose at all. But at least I didn't gain.

Everyone is different during TOM. I actually LOSE more weight 2-3 days before. I recently was on vacation, I gained 3 pounds when I came home I dropped 11 pounds in 5 days. So I can say I lose and yes I do weigh myself. One month I didn't gain nor did I lose as much as the previous month. Play it by ear. I did. :)

Deb

I generally GAIN around 5 lbs durin that lovely week then drop those 5 lbs the next week. Sucks, but I'm used to it now......
