Is it okay to chop vitamins/calcium?

I can stomach chewing them. I have started cutting them into small pieces and then swallowing. Do you think this is okay? If not, I have to find new ones.

Yes, you can chop them or crush them. Just be aware that my Calcium had a coating that masked the chalky taste when it was whole. When I cut it in half, I could really taste it. I never did get used to it so switched to a liquid calcium citrate.

If you bought chewable vitamins, they really do need to be chewed prior to swallowing. I know what you mean though...I about choke everyday while taking my calcium pill. It's HORRID. However, I only have about two weeks left to get through, then I can get something I actually like.
