just thinking noting worse then bein this overweight

so my fam would cook and i would be like i want that and my mom came home with mcyds i dnt even like mcyds but yet would love to eat it right now. i m 6 days out and on a good diet plan cuz i hear worse diet plans. i think im lucky i can alreay have protien shakes

Oh I remember my first 6 weeks post op -- It is very hard to not feel deprived and tempting when you see commercials for food & resturants on tv,,, and when you see others eating tempting treats!

And that right there is why I advocate for breaking the habits pre op. Recovering is hard enough without having a devil on your shoulder.
