Winged a new recipe last night

I had a tomato I need to use up but I was really sick of eating them raw so I go creative and sliced them up, coated them with garlic and olive oil then topped them with Parmesan cheese. Through them on the grill until the cheese was melted, They were AWESOME!

Yummmmmm! I willl be doing that before all of my tomatoes get spoiled. Thanks :)

Yummmm. One of my favorite pre-surgery meals was whole wheat toast topped with avocado, sliced tomato, olive oil, salt and pepper. I'll have to grill the tomato now and ditch the bread! I didn't even think of doing that before. :D
