  2. SW 242 HW 274 CW 170 Surgery date was 2/22 15 lbs to goal.
  3. I like this thread. I can post a newer pic. I get called chicken legs all the time. I wish my upper body was as small as my lower body. Maybe with more cardio.
  4. Thanks!! With lots of cardio, it's possible for "us" to have a somewhat proportional body
  5. Hope my pics help. These are pics I have from my phone. My stats HW 274 SW 242 CW 171 Bottoms were 18/20 Was always baggy in the butt and things. Tight on my waist Tops 3X Tops were always snug Bra size 42 DD Now Bottoms are 8/10 Tops L/M mediums are rare Bra 38 D I haven't been able to workout in the last 4 months due to a change of home dynamics and a new job. But I know that of I tone and work on cardio I can get my back and mid section drastically smaller. I was very on top of my physical activities. I know I'll get back to in soon. Plus I just got my gallbladder removed. My butt and thighs are so skinny. My butt is so flat it hurts to sit lol. Luckily squats and lunges will help there. Hope this helps Forgot to add. Surgery was 2/22/13 and my GW is 155 and I'm 5'7"
  6. Wow! That's sounds awesome. I'm in souther Cali. Where can I buy it??
  7. I can post pics all day! Nothing can describe how amazing I feel ???????? 2/22/13 sleeve at 274+lbs 7/1/13 188 33 lbs to goal 5'7" From a size 20 pants to a 10-12 PS everyone looks amazing. Keep up the good work. Don't ever give up!!

  10. Here's a better one. I looked everywhere for a better before. I never liked to take pics, ever! SD 2/22/13 HW275 SW242 CW195 I've hit my first stall but that's ok. I know it's normal. Yay to all of us!!
  11. sleeve 2/22/13 HW 274 SW 242 CW 195.5 GW 155 I wish I had more before pics. Ugh. I hated taking pics. All of you look amazing.
  12. Had it at 4 weeks out. I had a hand roll no rice and sashimi. It went down really good. I was super full too. Some place make rolls wrapped with cucumber. Enjoy!
  13. I've had popcorn and it went down just fine. I didnt have this surgery to ban foods from my life FOREVER. I did this to have control of my eating. 1 cup of popcorn for me isn't gonna ruin all of my amazing progress. It actually helped me stay on track. If I keep saying never Over and over to myself one day I will eat 15 cups of popcorn. The sleeve helps us with moderation and everything is ok in moderation. I make sure I have enough in my daily logging amounts for these treats. I now have discipline. There are much more worse things than popcorn.
  14. I take a calcium plus VITD combined. That helps minimize how many I have to take a day. After breakfast: Multivitamin With lunch: 1 calcium with vitD 3pm B12 Dinner: calcium with vitD Before bed: Prilosec and BC Hope that helps.
  15. 12 weeks out down 43lbs. 74 total (31 lbs pre-op) 45 lbs to goal. Hopfully ???? will get there before 1 year anniversary.
  16. Wow! Amazing job. You look great!!
  17. I'm almost 9 weeks out and down 64 lbs. 32 before surgery and 32 since. I have about 55 lbs to go. You all look so amazing!!!
