Newbie - sleeved 3 days ago

Hi,

I got sleeved on Thursday, July 21st by Dr. Richard Collier at University General in Houston, TX. I'm at home now recovering. So far I'm feeling pretty good. I'm able to get up and walk around several times a day. I have noticed however, that my calf muscles are very tender and I am experiencing some lower leg muscle cramping. Did anyone else experience this?

Agreed, leg cramping can definitely be a result of not enough to drink (or not enough potassium). Not a bad idea to check with your doc, though, to be safe.

Make sure you get enough potassium in your system. V8 Juice...the new V8 fruit juice or coconut Water
