dont know what pre~op diet to do!!

I know this is abit early as i havent even got a date for my surgery yet, waiting time((5-6mths)

my doctor is Not putting me on any diet,

so when they phone me and give me 10 days notice before the opp

I will know what im doing :lol: yeh ok...

any great ideas!! :hail:

Its gonna be really hard as i love food and cant seem to stop thinking about it.. :pop2:

saying that as im typing im thinking of what to have for tea :hungry:

If I didn't have to do a liquid diet, then I probably would have done a lower carb high protein diet. This will at least prepare you for how things will be post op and also help shrink your liver too. Good luck!!
