BMI 29.9 no longer obese, 49 pounds lost

Getting out of obese is a big deal for me and i did it today!

I am just thrilled. It has not been easy, i find it really hard to get my protein in and still worry that i might need that part of my stomach that is gone forever! However, this has made it all worthwhile. I am in us size 12 jeans and am starting to get my confidence back slowly.

I cant wait to smash my goal!

Thanks everyone.

Anonynurse: The good habits just seemed to have happened, without me pushing it. I dont make bad choices anymore, Proteins first etc. The thought of fatty take out carby food makes me gag. When i want to have something "bad" i will, in a small amount. Last week I was out for dinner and had a little bowl of homemade very creamy ice-cream. It was delicious. I didnt feel bad about it and it didnt affect the scale.

Now excercise, thats another story. I still hate it and I always will i think!
