Congrats on your new sleeve!

The grumblies aren't hunger, my tummy makes a heck of a lot of noise since I got sleeved but I'm not hungry. It's just noisy now. lol apparently that's normal. Think about your "hunger" ... is it head hunger or do you get the cramping that is REAL hunger?

I had it really bad the first week until I read on here to take a couple of tums after you eat. It shut that monster right up. It also has helped my heartburn, am on zantac and prilosec for that. keep plugging away and ignore the beast. It will take time to get it back on track, I am 2 1/2 weeks out and am feeling way better than 4 days out.

:) I can't tell The diference yet!

Hi-

Congratulations! They should have you on a dissolvable Nexium every day for the acid - that's what is causing the rumbling. Make sure to pick up one month's worth of dissolvable Nexium from the farmacia so you have it at home. A good acid reducer will be your best friend for the first few months :-)
