7 weeks pregnant and stomach spasms

I am not experiencing morning sickness per se, but what I am experiencing is awful stomach spasms, or cramping every two hours. If I eat a little something it goes away but only for another hour or so. This is happening through the night which is the most bothersome. I went to bed at 9 last night and was up at 11:30, 1:30, 3:30, 4:30, 5:08 and so on. I am so tired and feeling pretty sick and tired of not sleeping. More importantly, I feel concerned that this is a bad sign for my new stomach, is anyone else experiencing this?

Are you drinking enough fluids? Are you on any type of acid reducer?

The reason I ask is when I run low on fluids, my sleeve feels "tighter", and I have had a few cases of breakthrough heartburn since being pregnant.

Also, I'm having horrendous gas. I'm talking, painful, stinky gas and it doesn't matter what I eat so I think it's all hormonal.

I hope you feel better soon.
