Went to see my surgeon today. They supplied me with a sheet that has my starting weight and current weight.( Which the starting weight is a little off. and the current weight is off. I go by my scale here at home.) Then it has my EWL as of today. I was shocked to see what they decided my goal weight should be. I was like really???? 122.4 pounds. I haven't seen that since junior high school. LOL..... They then said that I shouldn't go by that. Where I feel comfortable is where I should be. We will see what my end result will be. They said that I was on target with the EWL percentage I'm at 23 %. I also found out that my sleeve will end up with a capacity of 8 ounces but they told me that I will probaly never go that far. I get mad hic cups and burping and thats when I call it done eating. They said thats a good plan. I do feel restriction but only on dense protein. That to will change the further out I become. They also reassured my concern with how some foods smell so wonderful but once I take a bite its like I don't want this. Yep that is normal too. So glad to hear that. I proceeded to explain how I do not crave carbs but crave meat. I find that weird. Not to them. Told me that too is normal. All in all appointment went good. Don't go back until October. By then I am willing to bet I will be at goal or pretty damn close.
