Don't beat yourself up over it. A couple peices of chicken skin isn't going to ruin you. At least you are in a position where you can't eat multiple peices of fried chicken AND skin.

But don't feel guilty. Guilt and shame are part of what gets us all in the diet trap to begin with. Forgive yourself and do better.

Been there, done that. When I first started eating chicken, I blended it along with a few peices of chicken skin. It was sooooo good after being on liquids and mushies for so long. I have now find that I really don't care so much for the skin like I use to and actually remove it if we had splurged and bought fried chicken. I have found a lot of the bad things I use to eat, just does not taste as good anymore or I am no longer interested it as much. That meal is over with so just focus on the next and eating healthy again. Remember protein first!. Hang in there.

Mmmmmm, chicken skin. I often wondered by they didn't deep fry them and sell them like pork rinds.

A few skins won't ruin you, unless that is it's a few a day or perhaps a few a week. Just pick up and go from here and remember the savory taste.
