I have been readng these boards for a few months now. I was sleeved yesterday In Kansas City. All went well little gas pain in chest. Just did my bariam swallow test. Waitning for the ok to sip Water.

I have PCOS, Insulin resistance, high cholesteral and a fatty liver.

Looking forward ro a healthier me.

BTW they let me have ice chips until I was allowed to drink... they were sooo good!

Welcome and congrats on your new sleeve. This is the best support group I've ever had (and I do attend monthy meetings thru my surgeon's office as well...but don't find many sleevers!)

I would love to meet up with everyone after I have my surgey. It would be great to have a local Sleevers support group. UUggghhh 15 minutes until it will be exactly 1 month away for my surgery, Not that Iam counting or anything!
