how much weight did you lose on the pre-op diet?

I'm on the meditrim 2 week diet. 2 protein shakes, 1 protein bar, 2 cups of veggies and plenty of liquids. I've lost 10 pounds in 4 days and was told I would only lose 15-20 in the 2 weeks. So I was wondering, how many pounds did you lose on the pre-op diet?

On true pre-op, 11 lb in 11 days so far. Since 2/14 consult have lost 21 lb. Since starting 6 month required visits with PCP.....41 lb. My pre-op is low carb, high protein, low calorie.

I am on day 4 of my clear liquid 2-week pre-op diet and have lost 6 pounds. The first day was awful but it really isn't so bad now. I get 3 Protein shakes a day and tons of Water. I can also have chicken broth, sugar-free Jello, and sugar-free popsicles but really haven't had much of that since I've been pretty satisfied with the shakes and water. We'll see though...11 more days to go so I may be loving the jello by then!

This was also my pre-op diet. Plus I could have one container of low-carb yogurt a day. I lost a little more than a pound a day for two weeks.
