good alternative to protein shakes

I have been having lots of trouble with the protein shakes and have not gotten near the amount of protein in that I should have. Today I tried putting unflavored whey powder into my yogurt and it tastes fine. Just thought I would pass this on in case anyone else can benefit. Don't know why I didn't think of it before.
