10 days post op and not sure if its going right

So I am 10 days post op and I am wondering if everything is on track. I just started Protein shakes and I can only get about half down (so I will say its 28 grams of protein) and I track my calories on MyFitnessPal and I am averaging around 450 cals a day.

I know I'm early out so I'm not sure. I am moving on to Full liquids for the next 18-20 days, but I think I am not on track. I only weigh myself twice a week (Wed, Sat) so I don't know what the lost had been since Saturday (-7 pds). I started Your Shape Fitness yesterday and burned 100 cals (about 10 mins). I am starting out slowly, but my job is pretty stationary (at my home office) so I am trying to do something.

Any tips or suggestions?

I think the alpine punch is the best.......I bought some peach mango and they are disgusting......I have to put a ton of crystal light in them just to choke them down.

i had my surgery a week ago today... I'm putting my protein Unjury Unflavored into my 1 cup of chicken broth and having that 3 times a day it takes me about 30 mins to get it down then I take Popsicles throughout the day and I have a bottle of crystal light water on my night stand that I sip on all day. I haven't had any problems with the sipping part I sometimes feel I can do more than sipping like taking larger sips but then I get a cringe in my tummy and ok it's back to sipping lol..
