Hey there! So last nights dinner was good, just want to clarify so you all don't think i'm a total slacker, not that you would! My mom babysits for my twins and she usually likes them to have dinner by 5 so they can be in bed by 8. this way they aren't so darn crank for her all day! So she cooks way before I get home from work!

So yesterday, since it was so darn cold out, she picked up one of those already roasted chickens from costco, Love those! and made a bunch of other stuff to go with it!

B- greek yogurt with fresh blueberries

L- roastbeef & cheese roll ups

S - EAS Protein drink (ready made not sure if i'm going to like it)

D - what ever mom makes, I have a feeling it will be turkey meatballs (kendall requested them as soon as she woke up)

H20 - lots of hot tea, you would think AT&T would turn the damn heat on for us poor souls

vites - already down

exercise - does shivering count???

Hello!!! So yesterday was a wild day...got off of work, got the kiddo's, got the nieces and the nephew and headed back to Alex for gymnastics. Picked up pizza on the way for them and fed the kiddo's and the hub pizza for supper. I was suppose to have a repeat of lunch but landed up having a ham and cheese roll.

So today this is what I am doing:

B- Protein shake

L- Spaghetti chicken (a little combo that I made up of canned chicken breast with a little spaghetti sauce and some ff Parmesan cheese)

D- Baking pork chops for the hub, So I guess that I will have a bite of that and I will do some green Beans for the kiddo's and have those left over for a while.

S- String cheese

Exercise is going to be an hour at the gym. I need to feel the burn today!!!

liquids is in the form of my poweraid zero (the taste of Water is getting better but still taste nasty for me)

Vites are down!

Have a great day!!!

Well, here we go again with the SnOMG and ICE this time! Seems to be a weekly thing now! But in July when it's 100 degrees out and we're all complaining!!!

So, last night mom made Hamburger Helper, my kids love the Crunchy Taco, and they eat it with Whole Grain Scoops! I had a small plate of mostly the meat! My tummy is not liking food for some reason the past few days, could it be PMS? not sure!

PreB- Protein shake

B- Light n Fit yogurt w/ fresh blueberries

L- Roast Beef roll ups no cheese today

D- what ever mom makes! hopefully warm and comfy food!

vites - left them at home :(

Water - going down

exercise - scraping the car, shoveling the driveway!

PS - I'm officially out of the 160s!!!!

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
