Is there a way to look at all your former post?

I am trying to put all my post into my diary. I love posting here for the support, but I want to keep my thought in a seperate place for reflection. Is this possible? I am asking while I am newbie, so I will know if I need to copy and paste my post as I write them to save.

    If you click on your screen name at the top corner where it says "Signed in as_________" a drop down menu will appear. Click on MY CONTENT, and every post, topic, reply you've either started or replied to will be listed.
