Hi, Im having surgery in 9 days and I went out and got my protien shakes, a good mixing cup, the calcium citrate, chewable vitiamins. For "food" I bought sugar free jello, chicken broth, crystal lights, sugar free popcycles. I drank my first shake this morning, it was really pretty good! Seems like i stayed full for hours....Also, my Dr already had me get the prescriptions filled so I dont have to worry about that at the hospital.
