Hello Everyone, This is the first time I have ever joined a support group online. I hope to have my surgery in 4-5 months. I have a lot of questions and I'm hoping you all can help me.

1. How long were you in the hospital?

2. How long did it take you to get back to work?

3. How long did it take for you to eat bread?

4. Most people talk about getting the rouenY (spelling?) procedure over the sleeve. Are all of you happy with the sleeve surgery?

5. What are the most common side affects or complications?

1) 2 days

2) 1-2 weeks depending on your job.

3) bread haven't gotten there yet- not recommended in losing phase

4) RNY causes malabsorption. The sleeve is a normal working stomach just smaller

5) main major complication is leaks. Only 1% experience this.
