3 rd day in Bandland, I'm lovin' it!

Hi all!

Just thought I'd give my wonderful supporters an update. It's day 3 post-op and all can really complain about is some gas. I am using Gas X and a hot h2o botlle which seem to help. I am not letargic or nauseated which is great. I on liquids and I had some fat free yogurt (4tablespoons) which went down ok. When should I expect the scales to start moving?:)

Hi MaryAnn, I am 6 days post op and the scale has moved at least 5 lbs. The liquid diet isn't so bad. I can see the lbs in my face. Water retention loses first. Its exciting. Hope you are feeling good. I feel great and this is the best thing I've ever done. No hunger. Taking advantage of that big time. Good luck!

Yes, yes, YES. I am 9 days out now and feeling awsome. I can hardly believe it.

Yes, and I agree take advantage of this non hungry stage. My surgeon requires 30 - 35 days Clear Liquids. I don't know how I am going to make it but the scale moving has sure encouraged me to try.

hugs to all
