What does an average meal consist of months after surgery?

Somewhere I heard that plication patients actually eat less than gastric bypass patients, but I don't know if that is true. After recovery and after you have been on solids for a few weeks what do you eat at an average meal?

I eat about 4oz of meat (chicken, beef, etc) sometimes I add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of starch or veg. Or I'll have a low carb tortilal. My meals are usually around 250-300 calories....I eat a few more carbs than most, but my body feels better on them, I also work out a ton, so it gives me a little kick of energy....If I BBQ I'll have 1 hamburger patty or 1 sausage (brat) or 1 chicken kebab....so all pretty normal foods....
