How long until you were able to work?

My surgery is this week. Just wondering how long it took before you were all able to go back to work (or function full-time working in the home or with kids)?

Thanks for your input!

I'm not concerned about the soreness or being tired when I go back to work. I think I could have done that the 2nd day - it's the mental food issue I deal with. It is contantly on my mind!

Here Here. The head hunger is bad. I have just decided that I don't like food anymore. I wake up in the morning felling like a million bucks. As soon as I start putting liguids in my mouth, I feel like crap....... MY body is hating anything in it right now.....

I was banded on the 20th of June, and I could physically return to work. But I have opted to stay off until July 3rd because I'm still bloated and tender and wearing a bra is very hard. I feel squished together in one and then I have this shelf sitting on my chest while I'm wearing a bra. So I'm taking the extra week off to heal that area and not feel as badly wearing that dang bra all week long. :omg:
