I'm pretty sure day one... Some Drs don't want you to ingest anything red for a short while.

I've been having crystal light lemonade since my first day home. I put my Protein shots in it to help with the flavor.

They gave me crystal light a few hours after surgery in the hospital.

You can have as much of that as you want.

Day one for me too infact-nurse sent me home with a couple bottles of crystal light! I really dont think theres any worries at 9 days post op.
