Just checked in to my room, we are in the room at the end with the long couch. We met Dr Campo and another one I cant remember his name. Both very easy on the eyes...:lol0: Just waiting in the room to go............. so to be continued.

So Dr. A just left the room and had a long talk with all 3 of us on WLS and eating and habbits and such. He is a very warm hearted man and has a slight funnyness to him. I was very impressed. They took Gloria back and now me and another patient who are sleaving are waiting for our turn I do not know if it wil be me or her so we'll see.....

Thus far it is very nice here and the staff is helpful and attentive.

Enjoy your time there! Make the most of your time in the hospital relaxing and getting sleep. Once you are home, the work begins, but it is all good and all so worth it. Best of luck to you. Enjoy the ride!

Be sure to post on the thread I started trying to count Dr Aceves patients. I am trying to find out how many people from this board have gone to him and what their experience was.

LMAO!!! Sorry had to giggle a bit... only because it was last week I was doing that too. Some people (can't even say who right now because I was so sedated) tried calling and talking to me and all I could say was "uh huh" "uh huh" "ok sleepy"....................

LOL!! Don't worry you will be fine in a few days and helping those on their first few hours. Hugs!!

So I still have a major gass bubble. If it wasnt for the gas bubble I wouldnt feel so bad......I kinda feel a little hungry too, It might be the gass though I dont know. I did get my IV out so I am on my own for liquids now. I am really afraid to drink too much as I do not want to experience any more horrible feelings or puke for that matter...:blush:

Everyone here is amazing and nice. It has been a good experience.

        Hello Joset, why haven't you been given a diet plan? Did you have your surgery in the UK? Every surgeon has a different diet, and no two people are on the same one. Weird I know. Contact your team if you can

        Mine was two weeks clear liquids

        Two weeks on soups, milk shakes and broths all with out lumps

        two weeks on pureed foods { I couldn't stomach this step }

        two weeks on soft foods like Protein yogurt, stewed mince and veg, soft scrambled eggs. Pate on hard crackers

        Then onto any food I fancied. If you struggle on any step or with any foods go back a step for a few days. Eggs, salmon and chicken are hard for beginners.

        Sorry I missed your original post, hope you are still on here.
