Have not lost alot of weight by the scales but feel wonderful. I am happy doing things slowly.

You Look Great And The Scales Do Not Matter What One Person Looks Like At 200 Is Not What Another Does Or Whatever Weight You Are But You Are Fabulous... And If You Feel Good Put The Scale In The Garbage... With Your Old Fat Clothes..

Wow, it sure LOOKS like a tonne of weight! Slow is good though. Its healthy and easier to get your head around and when you know you're going to get to goal sooner or later, the pressure to do it fast kind of disappears.
