After much haggling with hr I finally got a hardship withdrawal from 401k for my surgery. I'm looking forward to my life change. Any tips, advice, is welcome.

I don't have any tips because I haven't had surgery yet. I just want to say welcome and you will find all the support need on the post. People are so caring on here.
