Still getting used to my stomach....

Just had my first 'you ate too much and/or too fast' vomit session. I now know what it feels like to be 'stopped up'. NASTY......Horrible feeling.

Luckily I've not had that .... but I hate being sick so try not to eat beyond my comfortable stage.....I slimed once so far and that was bad enough!

That sucks; I'm sorry. I drank a protein drink too fast the other day just trying to get it down, and for about an hour I was praying I would throw up, but couldn't. I feel your pain. The learning curve is rough.

Mark #2 session of vomiting down!

And it happened at my son's school of all places! Went and had lunch w/him. I think it was because I ate too fast.
