I'm a month from mine and I can't control my foot from shaking.....I'm so excited my leg just moves constantly. My husband is like what is your deal!!!? I said I think I am just getting excited.

I'm a few days before you, and strangely, not nervous at all. I was really nervous like 2 weeks ago, though, when I was about a month out. Nervous AND really wishing the surgery would happen faster. Now, however, I'm enjoying my remaining carefree week or 2.

Congrats to all of you on having your dates! It much be sooo exciting and nerverwrecking all at the same time! I'm still a few months away from being able to afford the surgery so I can't set a date yet but when I do it will be with Dr.Aceves 100%. Congrats again and I can't wait to hear how things go for all of u!!

I totally get it. Ernesto couldn't get me from the airport to the hospital fast enough. I waited over a year (a big learning for me, I'll never wait for something so important again). The night before I was scared so wrote my standard "just in case" letter to my family. The valium they give you certainly helped me. You'll love Dr. Aceves and his team. It's been about 7 weeks and I'm so happy with my sleeve. Congratulations!!!
