Aetna called me at home yesterday/friday

Of couse I was at work, so I missed the call. It was the Aetna nurse. I did talk to the doc's insurance person late tuesday, so I assume she's submitted the revision paperwork.

Might Aetna be calling me to comfirm or praytell guild me thru the process? I will call on monday because she left her direct extention.

Has anyone been called like this?

I have never recieved anything about my paperwork. I have gotten calls from their nurse to let me know that they were available to talk about medical issues or questions that I may have.
