:biggrin0:Hi all, I cant beleive it but I am finally approved. This has been longest 6 months ever. I just wanted to give a breif summary of my approval process with Great West Health Insurance. Iv noticed that most of the forums dont have much information for Great West.
My surgeons office sent in my paperwork for approval last Friday, July 9. I called Great West today Thursday, July 15 and they told me I was approved today. The lady on the phone also informed me that they do approvals for bariatric surgery on Thursdays and Fridays. I hope this helps anyone who is using Great West. Now I just have to wait for the approval letter to come in the mail. She said it takes up to 10 days, but would probly only take a few work days.
