Female NSV

I just wanted to share a female NSV I had today. When I was young and thin I always knew when I was ovulating. I would get a little cramp in my abdomen and get a couple light pink spots. I also felt bloated for a few hours. If I counted I would see I was at my ovulation date.

That all stopped when I got heavy. I still had my period but never felt ovulation. I am assuming I was though.

I felt it today! I used an online calculator and sure enough today is my ovulation date. Not trying to get preg but it is still kind of cool to feel your body working right again!

That is neat, I never knew you could actually "feel" ovulation. . . I always knew when I was about to get my monthly.. . .I was a damn bear . . guess that was my "feel". . . I'm so blessed that I had a hysterectomy when i was 33. . . no more bear! That creature stays in the bushes now!

That's awesome that you had that feeling. I still haven't experienced that sensation, but I now know when to expect my period.

I'm the same way. I've never had spotting, but I have this discharge (tmi) and cramps. Each month since surgery I've been able to pinpoint the date and mark an O on my calendar and then when my cycle starts the next month I count backwards 14 days and it's been right on. That was one of the worst things when I was so heavy, my body just wasn't working properly anymore. I'm so glad you have this back too!!!
