Curves for women!! Question...

Hi everyone here.

I'm just wondering how soon after your lap band surgery can you go back to curves. :help: Exercise is not my favorite thing in the world, however I do like curves, so, I do want to go back as soon as possible, please help!

My surgeon required that I wait 8 weeks before doing any exercise other than walking. Please note that every surgeon is different so do not take my answer as a standard. Therefore, please speak to your surgeon regarding his recommendations for exercise following surgery.
